Skills: Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences. So what is a cover supervisor? A cover supervisor is a member of staff who covers teachers non-contact time by supervising a variety classes. A cover supervisor s main job is to manage the classroom behaviour and ensure that students remain on task with the work they have been set.
