We are seeking an experienced and TPI qualified Block Manager who is experienced in working with Freeholders and Leaseholders. This is an SME who has a very low turnover in staff which says a lot about the business, everyone works collaboratively and because of this offer an exceptional service to their clients. Your will have your own portfolio of clients who will be across London and the Home Counties. This is an office based role in Borehamwood, Herts but you will not be micro managed but allow to get on with providing an exceptional service to your clients. They have their own inhouse accounts team who will deal with any accounting or service charge querieis and you will have your own assistant to deal with day to day enquiries from your clients which will allow you to deal with running your portfolio successfully.
