AA Euro are currently looking for a Site Manager/Agent to join a Civil Engineering contractor working across the Southern Water infrastructure. This is a full-time permanent position based in site and prior experience delivering civil/infrastructure projects is desirable. This position will include (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities: Planning and making preparations for site work activities. Ensuring all H&S measures are in place, including RAMS, permits, PIPs, isolations, task-specific PPE etc. Managing site activities for safety, quality and taking measures to manage any changes or unforeseen circumstances and rectifying any defects. Ensuring materials are ordered and on site in advance of the works. Reviewing/Preparation of RAMS Management of directly employed labour and Sub Contractors. Daily briefs and permits Lift plans (Crane and non crane) Communicating and collaborating with site team to ensure all are aware of arrangements and plans to deliver the programmed works. Managing interfaces between different disciplines/contractors. Liaising and engaging with various departments within the clients organisation, including project meetings, engineering/assurance team site visits, coordinating with the site operations team etc. Referring to technical guidance such as Client Engineering specifications/design guidance documents, CESWI/WIMES and other relevant design standards to ensure designs and installations comply. Reviewing drawings and marking up to assist with Design Acceptance. The ideal candidate will have: A third level qualification in Engineering/Construction and have a minimum of 3 years experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong team player skills and be able to work at own initiative. Good computer skills and experience with relevant software packages and programming tools.

This is a full-time, permanent position with circa 5 years remaining on this project. The Health & Safety Manager will oversee the implementation of a professional, competent, and knowledge-sharing culture across all sites, ensuring that best-in-class health, safety, and environmental practices are planned, implemented, and shared effectively. Responsibilities Demonstrate strong leadership skills. Assist the BU HSE Manager in the consistent rollout of company strategy and expectations within SOPs, guidance, etc. Conduct high-quality safety inspections at a frequency and depth guided by the BU HSE Manager. Perform risk reviews in the absence of the BU HSE Manager and contribute to risk reviews. Attend sites following accidents or incidents and assist with investigations.
