Raise and process work orders to support engineer service activities. Maintain the Engineer Locator system, ensuring engineer locations, availability, and schedules are accurate and up to date. Liaise with engineers, customers, and internal departments to ensure service activities are completed efficiently and effectively. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Service Administration function. Develop knowledge across Service Administration and Sales Administration activities to provide effective holiday and absence cover across the team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and enthusiastic administrator at that point in their career where they are keen to play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to a wide network of clients and get a buzz from delivering exceptional customer service to them.
