Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator will provide essential administrative and analytical support to the Projects team across a portfolio of HV Cabling, Overhead Line and Substation schemes. The role will focus on maintaining accurate project documentation, managing key data logs, supporting project assurance processes, and ensuring timely collection and input of project and financial information. This position plays a critical role in enabling project managers to deliver effectively by ensuring governance, compliance, and data integrity across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Maintain and update project documentation, registers, and logs in line with clients standards. Provide general administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. RAID Log Management Own and maintain project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) logs. Ensure entries are up to date, accurate, and reviewed regularly with project managers. Project Management Data Input, track, and update project performance data in project management systems. Support reporting processes by preparing accurate, timely data for dashboards, status reports, and governance reviews. Financial Data Collect, validate, and input financial data in accordance with corporate processes. Support cost tracking, budget monitoring, and financial forecasting activities. Liaise with finance colleagues to ensure alignment of project spend and reporting. Project Assurance & Governance Support project assurance reviews by providing accurate data, documentation, and compliance evidence. Monitor adherence to project delivery frameworks and escalate gaps where appropriate. Assist with preparing materials for audits, stage gate reviews, and assurance checks. Skills & Experience Required Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience in project support, PMO, or a similar administrative/project environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software/tools. Strong numeracy and ability to handle financial data accurately. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Desirable Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile). Previous experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments is preferred but not essential.

You will manage a portfolio of projects in the Lincolnshire area and therefore need to hold a valid driving licence. Main Responsibilities Provision of specialist civil services to own and other teams on multiple construction projects up to 132kV Organisation and financial monitoring of individual tasks. Which includes helping define scope, aiding the design team in production of drawings, preparing tenders, letting contracts, financial monitoring, on-site supervision and physical delivery of all schemes to specific timescales and budgets. Ensure compliance to specifications and Quality Assurance Undertake civil maintenance on non-operational and operational sites Liaise with other specialists within the Company. Keep up to date with civil developments. Skills & Experience HNC Qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or Building Surveying along with Health & Safety qualifications, preferably NEBOSH / IOSH / SMSTS. You must be able to demonstrate experience in contractor management/quality management, knowledge of planning regulations/permitted development rights and project management managing to time, cost and quality. You will have the ability to write specifications for various construction & civils projects, scope of works, construction details and have CDM knowledge and experience.

You'll manage multiple projects and/or a major project safely, competently, and effectively to time and budget, balancing all aspects of cost, programme, quality, and safety. The successful candidate will be a commercially and process astute Project Manager, able to proactively identify commercial, programme and engineering risk and opportunities, to protect and benefit the business. Experience in HV electrical projects is key this is likely to include a track record of delivering design and construction workstreams a selection of the following: HV Cabling, Substations, Overhead Line, DNO, Non-Contestable/ Contestable (ICP), Private Networks. Candidates with previous Project Management and construction delivery experience outside the traditional power networks industry will be considered, as long as they can demonstrate a clear understanding of HV Power assets. Strong Project Management skills however are essential. The Project Manager will be managing schemes in the North of England ranging from Midlands to Scotland with majority of projects in the Midlands / Yorkshire / Manchester areas, therefore will live in these areas and be willing to travel. Requirements: Be a personable, delivery-focused and commercially astute Project Manager who is proactive and dynamic. Able to demonstrate experience as the lead PM on a range of schemes with project values of £500K and above (note - similar experience as workstream PM on major schemes will also be considered).
