This is a key role supporting the production of precision components essential for race performance, development, and reliability. This long-term contract provides the opportunity to work with cutting-edge materials, world-class machinery, and a team renowned for engineering excellence. Skills & Experience Required Proven background as aPrecision Machinist,CNC Machinist,Grinder, or similar within high?tolerance engineering environments. Strong knowledge ofmetal cutting principles, including tool selection, chip formation, speeds/feeds, and machining strategy. Experience witheither grinding operations and / or CNC programming would be highly desirable). Ability to work to extremely tight tolerances typically required in motorsport, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing. Confident reading engineering drawings.
