The Role: As our Area Sales Manager, you'll be the face of the business in your territory, managing relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities. With a strong technical support team behind you, you ll promote our maintenance, breakdown, and servicing contracts for forklift trucks and material handling equipment. NRSWA Coordinator - £22,000 - 25,000 - Pension / Healthcare - Maltby - My client is also one of the leading Telecoms Contractors operating in the UK. They are working with the likes of Virgin Media / Openreach and CityFibre to expand their fibre networks. They are looking to hire a NRSWA coordinator to work out of the Maltby office. You will be requesting and / or amending NRSWA Streetworks permits where required in maintaining work programmes. You will also be required to distribute daily NRSWA reports and carry out jeopardy management tasks for all relevant orders. Duties to include but not limited to; Preparation, submission and updating of street works permits in compliance with current legislation Monitor client systems to deliver client specific requirements if required Communicate with operational staff to identify critical areas of client delivery Receive and record data onto work management systems Supply updates to clients in various forms of communication to ensure client satisfaction Ensure compliance to both the contract and NRSWA and report any non-compliance issues where appropriate by escalation to the Warrington NRSWA Team Leader. You will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of the works for the region. This will mean liaising with various directly employed and indeed subcontracted labour. Duties to include but not limited to; Organisation and management of weekly programme meetings with supervisors Ensure weekly planned value is recorded, monitored and reported to the Operations Manager. Highlight any shortfalls within the Programme and detail these to the Operations Manager. Participate in team meetings, training and activities. Ensure teams are programmed effectively to satisfy location, skill set and work type. Liaise with supervisors to ensure all projects have the appropriate paperwork in place to enable them to proceed. Interpret instructions and implement actions according to scheduling procedures set out for the contract.
