We're currently recruiting for HGV Grab Drivers to cover the Kent area for a renowned utilities company. This is a contract position for 2 weeks with an immediate start. HGV Grab Driver Basic Job Description Supervising the loading of the vehicle to ensure materials are safely loaded and secure minimising the risk of damage. Driving on the highway to the job destination Complying with all legislation in line with driving hours and Working Time Directive Ensure all safe working practices are followed, to maintain the safety of yourself and others, at all times. Driving, loading and unloading with the grab Required to perform role Valid Class 2 License Previous working experience of HIAB operations Clam Shell Ticket Hold Driver CPC and Digi Tacho Experience in the utilities sector Skills Able to carry out work with minimum amount of supervision. Effectively manage time and meet deadlines Good standard of verbal & written communication.

Health and Safety Advisor for Principal Contractor in Construction, adapting Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to deliver high specification-built environments and projects that require a specialist level of construction co-ordination. The role and responsibilities are predominantly as listed below: • Conducting site safety audits/inspections and providing health and safety advice to site management teams. • Preparing reports based on site visits and inputting active and reactive monitoring statistics. • Advising on the planning of upcoming construction activities, identifying potential hazards, and implementing appropriate controls. • Maintaining a schedule of monitoring site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation. • Reviewing contractors' Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) assessments. • Providing feedback to the Health and Safety Manager and Directors.
