Learning Support Assistant (LSA) SEN Location: Wembley, North West London Secondary School (Mainstream with SEN Support) Pay: £90 £110 per day Hours: 8:30am 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time, long-term opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a large secondary school in Wembley for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with SEN students within the upper school . This is a busy, fast-paced, and demanding role due to the size of the school and the high number of students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs . The successful candidate will support students across all subjects from Year 7 to Year 11 , working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team. Key Responsibilities: Supporting SEN students in lessons across KS3 and KS4 Providing 1:1 and small-group support Helping students access the curriculum and remain engaged Supporting pupils with a range of needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD) Assisting with behaviour, learning, and emotional regulation where required The Ideal Candidate: Has experience supporting students with SEN (school-based experience preferred) Is resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a high-pressure environment Can support across multiple subjects and year groups Is seeking a long-term role within one school Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply) We have a policy to respond to all applications within three working days.
