You ll be: Supporting adults with complex care needs to live fulfilling, meaningful lives Promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs Assisting with daily living tasks and community activities Working as part of a supportive team that values and appreciates your contribution Shift Patterns (Including Weekends) We offer a variety of shifts, including weekend work as part of the rota. Please note you must be able to do a mixture of all the shifts. Day Shifts: 07 30 Night Shifts: 21 45 Flexibility and reliability are essential, as weekends are included.
