Rachel is non verbal, and stays in Newton Mearns, and enjoys aromatherapy, getting out and about in the community, she loves watching films, and socialising with family and friends. Rachel has her own mobility car which staff would be expected to drive Jenny stays in Barrhead and loves going out shopping, to the café for her favourite Macaroni cheese and likes to go to the hairdressers to have her hair done. Jenny likes to be involved in household tasks, such as making her bed, and values support from staff that encourages her independence while providing assistance when needed The successful candidate will support Jenny and Rachel to maintain their independence by involving them in decisions and respecting their choices.
