You'll work across both contingent and executive search recruitment models, with opportunities to support senior and executive-level hires as you progress. With recent private equity investment, the company is poised for significant growth and is seeking a dynamic leader to drive its technical sales and market development strategy. The Opportunity Leading the Business Development and Sales team, you'll take charge of the business's technical sales and growth strategy, leading an established team while identifying and pursuing new market opportunities. Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll shape the company's future-building on a strong foundation to expand its presence across the Rail, Water, Highways, Ports, Environmental, and Construction sectors. You'll oversee the delivery of projects ranging from 50k to 10m+, ensuring the business has the right strategy, capability, and resources to deliver success at every scale.
