THE ROLE (hybrid working with some travel) : Working in compact central Human Resources team, my client requires a delivery-focussed professional who can communicate, co-ordinate and facilitate a range of HR projects around pensions, benefits and compensation working closely with a range of stakeholders accross their businesses. You may or may not be from a HR background but you will have experience of working on projects impacting human resources and systems including a solid understanding around larger and more complex pension schemes, reward structures and benefits. You will have worked to scope, assess feasibility, communicate and deliver changes as part of a wider team and structure with the support other technical specialists (e.g. HR, IT, external providers). You will have previous experience of project delivery and will enjoy a challenging, project-based role where you can have a significant impact in the business ensuring it remains competitive, compliant and future-ready. Day shift, permanent THE ROLE: A great permanent job opportunity for a production welder / fabricator with some MIG welding and fabrication experience who wants to continue to develop your skills in a growing and successful manufacturing business. TASKS: In this role you will work from engineering drawings and use jigs and fixtures to fabricate a range of assemblies as well as carrying out production welding. You will inspect your work to ensure all appropriate standards are met and work to company health and safety standards at all times as well as contributing to the production environment in other ways when required.
