Manage spare parts inventory for all equipment. Track and organise service and contractor documentation. Conduct routine safety inspections to support a Safety-First culture. Support Production teams when required. Participate in an Out-of-Hours Call Out rota. Contribute to continuous improvement projects. Maintenance Engineer Requirements Completed Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or similar with relevant experience. ONC/BTEC, HNC/BTEC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good working knowledge of Mitsubishi PLCs & HMIs. Strong analytical, fault-finding, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of electric motors and pneumatics. Basic mechanical skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement. Commitment to working within a safety-focused culture. Maintenance Engineer desirable skills/experience Experience with Fanuc Robotics Programming. Experience with Fanuc CNC Programming. Experience with ABB Robotics Programming.
