You will work closely with families and professionals to support people's health, wellbeing and independence, while responding calmly and effectively in a range of situations. The role may include supporting people in the community, undertaking clinical duties once trained and assisting with transport where required. About You Experience in residential care (1+ year in a senior/supervisory role) NVQ Level 3 in Residential (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it) Strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation Effective leadership and communication skills Flexible and resilient approach to work Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) A full driving licence and access to a vehicle About Us Stockdales is a local charity based in Sale, just south of Manchester City Centre.
