SEND Teaching Assistant Tower Hamlets Full time - £80- £98 daily rate December 2022 - July 2023 Sanza Teaching Agency are working exclusively with an Outstanding primary School in Tower Hamlets to find exceptional and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to support 2 children in Years 5 with learning delay. My client is seeking two caring and committed teaching assistants with a background in supporting young children with special educational needs. 1:1 Special Needs Learning Support Assistant SEN TA to Support a children in a mainstream KS2 Classroom Person Specification For this post, you must be an assertive and caring Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working with SEND children either in a volunteer or paid role. You will provide a willingness to contribute to all lessons and overseeing the preparation of lessons for the pupil/s in your charge. You must have the skills to confidently face challenging situations with a calm and collective approach. Previous experience supporting students is an essential requirement of this role. About the Role You will be working in KS2 in a mainstream classroom to supporting 121. The children have a range of needs and are essentially learning about the world around them. These children need routine and consistency, so a TA with excellent organisational skills, dependable and hardworking would be ideal.
