Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active participation among students. Skills Strong knowledge of business concepts and principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Ability to inspire and motivate students while maintaining classroom discipline. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment. Experience in teaching or tutoring is advantageous but not essential; a passion for education is key.
