As a Solution Consultant covering APAC, you will sit at the intersection of commercial success and technical expertise. Working closely with prospective and existing enterprise customers, you'll help organisations understand how the platform can address challenges around anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, investigations, and broader compliance requirements. Partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams, you'll support complex enterprise sales cycles by leading discovery sessions, delivering tailored product demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, and providing technical guidance throughout the customer journey. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business value. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored product demonstrations and best practice sessions for enterprise prospects and customers. Own enterprise trials and proof of concept (PoC) engagements, ensuring successful technical validation and customer adoption. Support new business opportunities and expansion within existing accounts throughout the sales process. Map customer workflows and operational processes to demonstrate how the platform can address business and compliance challenges. Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and operational pain points. Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain demonstration best practices and reusable enablement content for commercial teams. Maintain expert knowledge of the platform, APIs, and product capabilities to support customer discussions. Design implementation plans aligned to each customer's technical and compliance objectives. Work with customers to solve integration challenges and maximise long-term platform adoption. Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence requests. Act as a technical contact for strategic technology and channel partners, supporting integrations and joint opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and subject matter experts to ensure customer feedback influences future product development. Help translate technical and analytical insights into customer-friendly messaging for Sales and Marketing. Stay informed on regional regulatory developments and industry trends relevant to target customers. Requirements Essential 3-6+ years' experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales within SaaS, ideally in blockchain, digital assets, financial technology, RegTech, or a related industry. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial crime compliance, including AML, sanctions, and virtual asset regulations. Proven experience delivering enterprise software demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical evaluations. Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills with the ability to build trusted customer relationships. Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software implementation. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Demonstrated ability to continuously improve demo environments, documentation, and customer enablement materials.
