This is a full-time, long-term role where you will lead the Photography department, inspiring Key Stage 4 and 5 students to develop their portfolios and master both digital and traditional techniques. Your Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Plan and teach engaging lessons across GCSE and A-Level Photography, covering everything from the basics of composition to advanced digital manipulation. Technical Instruction: Guide students in the use of DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and post-processing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom . Portfolio Development: Provide high-quality feedback to help students refine their coursework, ensuring they meet the assessment objectives for exam boards like AQA or OCR. Studio Management: Maintain a professional and safe working environment in the photography studio and darkroom (if applicable), managing equipment and resources effectively.
