You ll work closely with children who need additional help with communication, emotional regulation, and access to learning using effective and structured routines, behaviour management techniques, and a nurturing approach to help them thrive. You'll collaborate with experienced staff and external professionals, ensuring every child receives the regulated support they need to flourish both academically and emotionally. Key Skills & Experience: Experience or strong interest in supporting children with SEN, including ASD, speech & language needs, or SEMH.
