As the first Sales Director you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. As one of the first members of the sales team, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads across salons, aesthetics clinics, wellness studios, and independent beauty brands. What will I be selling? You will be working closely with the CEO & Director of Technology in building the companies sales strategy, the business whilst not being a tech business has developed a SaaS technology product with the ability of being white labelled and sold across the industry. This is very early stage, whilst we don't expect sales experience in the industry, having experience of full technology sales cycles is key, with the ability to sell you best see fit. The first year will be foscused around lead generation, with bonuses linked to this and also sales cycles. This role will be fundimental in getting this product to market. You will need to have proven experience of selling and full end to end sales lifecycles. Key responsibilities: Own and manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified small to medium-sized beauty businesses. Understand customer pain points and articulate how our solution meets their needs. Deliver engaging product demos and onboarding sessions to prospective clients. Support the creation of marketing and sales enablement materials. Provide feedback and insights from customers to inform product and business strategy. Represent the company at relevant industry events, webinars, and meetups as required. Key requirements: Essential: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
