Our courses are developed to provide our students with a combination of in-depth Fashion Retail knowledge and hands-on practical work experience in the industry. Most of our full-time courses offer our students a guaranteed work placement with a major high street brand, ensuring our graduates leave with a wide range of skills and experience and the fastest route into work. To support our ambitious and on-going expansion and diversification plans we have exciting opportunities available for a suitably qualified and experienced academic within Digital Marketing to join our expanding team. The Lecturer - Group Lead (Digital Marketing) will be responsible for delivering the best imaginable teaching, learning and assessment experience for our students. The successful candidate will have a multi-disciplinary background and in-depth knowledge of best LTAF practices along with contemporary Industry knowledge. The Lecturer - Group Lead (Digital Marketing) will lead and develop successful and innovative pedagogy, with a focus on high standards and best possible student outcomes. As a Group Lead, you will be accountable for the success of the students in your groups and support, challenge and stretch their achievements. Successful candidates for this role will be able to teach across the broad range of disciplines, to deliver hands on practical learning as well as the relevant theory and context. Ideally you will have experience of teaching in a further educational setting although the calibre of professional experience will also be as important. The ideal candidate will have a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one upon appointment. You must have operational managerial experience within an educational setting (ideally Post 16) and the ability to design and teach courses across a range of areas relating to Fashion Industry in addition to your own area of expertise/specialism. About the role: The FRA is undergoing a period of significant growth and change, which will include the launch of multiple new deliveries, brand extensions and revenue generating business streams, with business development becoming a significant focus. As a result, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Digital Content Editor to join our dedicated Marketing and Sales Team. The Junior Digital Content Editor will play a crucial part in helping us achieve these ambitious growth targets for the Academy. Working within the Marketing and Sales team, and liaising closely with our Curriculum and Registry teams, the Digital Content Editor and the Social Media Executive, the Junior Digital Content Editor will be responsible for managing the company's video promotional materials. We are looking for someone to support with planning, shooting and editing a wide variety of video content for our advertising, internal comms and organic posting. We are looking for a candidate who has a beginner's knowledge and passion for producing, sound mixing and editing skills. Basic knowledge of Photoshop is desirable, but not essential. You will need an understanding of the fashion industry and the courses we offer to generate relevant, engaging content and campaigns. The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification or proven history of filming and editing. You must have knowledge of Premier Pro and previous experience of creating digital content/film and editing. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of social media platforms and is proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. You must be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is a quick learner. If you are a natural team player with a positive and proactive outlook, this would be the perfect role for you to grow and gain experience in a dynamic and creative environment.
