Key Responsibilities Coo rdinate training plans for new hires with Resource Managers, PMO, and Training teams. Lead weekly training meetings and support monthly contractor meetings. Organise internal and external training requirements, including GWO, MEWP, Forklift, Telehandler, medicals, and other site-specific training. Maintain workforce, contractor, and technician records within Smartsheet and Excel trackers. Raise and monitor purchase orders relating to training and medical requirements. Support contractor onboarding, workforce updates, and day-to-day site coordination activities. Liaise with external training providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure workforce compliance and readiness. Our client a well known engineering consultancy are actively looking to hire approximately 10 Civil Structural Engineer to work on some large defence based projects across the UK. Civil Structural Engineers Project: Defence/Naval Location: Fully Remote Once every 2 Months onsite in Glasgow (1 or 2 consecutive days, no more) Rates: Negotiable depending on Experience Duration: Initial 12 Months with Extensions likely to be 6 or 12 months thereafter. Job Duties: Civil / Structural Engineers required at all levels. As we're seeking people at all levels, we've kept the rates open and rates will be dependent on level of experience.
