Are you ready to lead Business Central projects and drive real change across a growing manufacturing group? You'll join a multi-brand manufacturer looking for a proactive Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to take ownership of ERP improvement and delivery initiatives. You'll work across multiple business units to help support Busniess Central, optimise system usage, lead implementations, and shape the future of the Business Central estate. What you'll be doing: Leading ERP discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and designing system solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central. Supporting full-cycle implementations and system enhancements across a group-wide ERP environment. Collaborating with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive efficiency and system alignment. Acting as the internal subject matter expert on Business Central, helping the business get the most out of its technology stack. Contributing to ERP strategy, training, documentation, and internal best practices. Working closely with third-party vendors and internal developers to implement changes and solve complex technical challenges. What we're looking for: Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) in a consulting, support, or development. Experience with end-to-end ERP projects including discovery, configuration, testing, and go-live support. A confident communicator who's comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders across multiple business units. Strong understanding of key business processes (finance, operations, warehousing, etc.). A solutions-focused approach and the drive to take ownership of ERP improvement initiatives. Location: This role is based in Kidderminster 5 days a week and will reduce to hybrid after the first 3 months. Salary: up to £55k depending on experience. Are you a Data Analyst? Would you like to collect, rationalise and interpret data that can affect the lives of NHS patients? Would you like to work in a small entrepreneurial business where you will work directly with the CFO, CEO and Tech Director, where you will be given the opportunity to deliver the insight that can genuinely affect how efficient the business is? Location Birmingham Salary 30-40,000 Some flexible working Home v Office and flexibility on hours of the day worked Our client are a growth services business based in Central Birmingham who are growing and adapting to running at scale. You will be looking at data across multiple systems using your expertise in Excel and Power Bi to pull together the data, format it and prepare it for analysis, my client will then be looking for you to interpret the data and help them form business strategies. My clients environment is heavily reliant of using resource efficiently so you will often be looking at resource plans and historic data to accurately predict the best use of resource. You will be also looking for efficiencies in how to accurately allocate resource based on skill levels and look at training plans to fill gaps in skills within the work force. Experience of working in Healthcare would be beneficial, however we are open to any industry background especially if it involves resource management and contact centres.
