The Role This is a home office x field based, customer facing sales role where no two weeks look the same. Key areas of responsibility include: Growing sales across the territory through proactive outreach, relationship building, and regular customer visits Promoting a broad range of life science reagents and supporting customers with relevant product information Handling incoming enquiries (calls, emails, online chats) with professionalism and accuracy Maintaining a high level of customer care - from the first interaction through to order follow up and after sales support Working closely with internal colleagues across business development and marketing Gathering market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to help shape campaigns and strategy Supporting events, exhibitions, and scientific conferences to raise brand visibility Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your sales pipeline This is a great fit for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives on variety, and likes the idea of mixing science with commercial problem solving.
