Summary of the role As Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing engineering and operational performance, ensuring processes run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. You ll be responsible for leading teams, improving systems, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support seamless operations. Key responsibilities Lead and develop engineering and operational teams to achieve performance targets Drive continuous improvement across logistics, warehouse, and supply chain processes Manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively to deliver value Oversee materials management to ensure efficiency and availability Implement and optimise systems Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards Support strategic initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs About you Proven experience in an Engineering leadership role Strong background in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations Skilled in vendor negotiation and supplier management Experience using ERP systems A confident, personable leader who motivates and develops teams Results-driven with a proactive, hands-on approach Able to work both independently and collaboratively This role is Mon-Fri 39hrs per week. All between 08:00am - 17:00pm (so zero shifts involved) Some excellent benefits as part of this exciting role. Including 33 days annual leave.

This is a hands-on, all-round role at the heart of a busy property team. We re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and happy to get involved wherever needed from supporting day-to-day operations to speaking with clients and helping keep everything running smoothly. No two days are the same, so this role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organised, and can remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment. You ll be confident communicating with clients, able to manage multiple priorities, and happy to support the wider team wherever needed. Key responsibilities: Supporting the day-to-day running of the office and property operations Speaking with clients, buyers, sellers, and third parties professionally and confidently Managing property administration and maintaining accurate records Coordinating appointments, diaries, and documentation Assisting with sales progression and keeping transactions moving Supporting negotiators and the wider team with general operational tasks Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey What we re looking for: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive and positive approach to work Excellent communication and people skills Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment Previous office coordination experience preferred.
