We are seeking a highly motivated and tenacious individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator for the glazing arm of our business. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager to guide projects through the on-site installation process. This will require you to liaise will all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers, clients and Project Managers to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to be a confident and competent communicator with a strong attention to detail. This role would suit someone who has in experience in coordinating complex time sensitive processes in their previous role, but no industry specific experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in an exciting business as we launch our new brand and showrooms. An exciting opportunity to join the sister company of Plus Rooms, London's leading residential design and build company, with decades of experience in providing professional home extensions. We specialise in the installation of structural glazing & aluminium solutions for high-end home extensions and are committed to providing a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities: • Manager the customer experience throughout the installation and after sales process • Liaise with suppliers for orders and delivery • Assist the Operations Manager with order processing • Collate and distribute accurate documentation, inspection reports, and installation records • Work with the wider team to manage delivery and installation schedule • Maintain and distribute an up-to-date installation diary Key Requirements: • Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written • Good attention to detail and ability to precisely follow instructions • Experience managing complex process • Strong track record of organising multiple stakeholders to deliver projects or outcomes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum £30k - 32k: Minimum three years professional experience with no direct glazing industry experience required. £33k - 36k: Strong professional experience with a proven track record in project or operations coordination. £37k - £40k: Five years or more relevant experience within the glazing industry, with strong knowledge of glazing operations, suppliers, ordering and installation processes.
