Responsibilities Review weekly production requirements and schedule production effectively to meet customer demand and service level targets. Monitor daily adherence to the production plan, adjusting priorities where required to ensure uninterrupted supply. Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team to proactively resolve any supply-related issues. Coordinate and process special delivery or concession requests, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately completed. Record and report on plan change costs, providing clear and timely insights to support decision-making. Integrate trial production runs into the weekly planning schedule with minimal disruption to regular operations. Maintain and update open process orders and shipping master data accurately within the SAP system. Partner with the call-off team to ensure materials are available daily to support production plans. Prepare and maintain weekly KPI reports, highlighting performance and areas for improvement. Support daily transport planning activities, providing cover and assistance as required. Create delivery orders in SAP and liaise with approved logistics partners to guarantee on-time delivery to customer sites. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain planning or a related role within manufacturing or FMCG. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
