Based from a designated home store, you will travel to nearby locations as required, providing operational support, management cover, and helping to drive sales and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide cover and support across multiple stores within the region. Act as a key holder, opening and closing stores when required. Deliver excellent customer service and convert enquiries into sales. Support stores in achieving revenue and occupancy targets. Build relationships with local businesses and promote the store within the community. Maintain high standards of store presentation, health & safety, and compliance.
