Job overview Are you a passionate Speech and Language Therapist looking for a flexible, meaningful role in a vibrant school community? Westminster Academy - an inclusive and aspirational secondary school in the heart of London - is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our pastoral and SEND team on a part-time basis (1-2 days per week based on successful candidate's preference and availability, term time only). In this flexible role, you'll manage a focused caseload of students with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), delivering targeted support and empowering staff to meet diverse learning needs in the classroom. The full-time equivalent salary is in line with NHS Band 5 £34,521 per annum. This is pro-rated to; £5,905 actual salary per annum based on 1 day per week, Term Time Only £11,810 actual salary per annum based on 2 days per week, Term Time Only .
