Strong enterprise integration experience, designing and governing complex system interfaces, integration patterns and cross-platform solutions. Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including data modelling, security, performance optimisation, Apex, LWC, Flows and configuration best practices. Experienced in DevOps, CI/CD and SDLC governance, with strong stakeholder management, communication and the ability to drive pragmatic architectural decisions. Desirable : Experience designing end-to-end order lifecycle solutions using Salesforce Order Management and commerce-to-service architectures. Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and AI-driven customer engagement solutions. Experience with Commerce Cloud and omnichannel customer journey architecture across B2B, B2C and D2C environments.
