Support network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, TCP/IP and connectivity solutions. Work closely with Information Security teams to maintain a security-first approach across infrastructure architecture. Support monitoring, incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure and security-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all changes are recorded through ITSM processes. Skills & Experience Required: Strong experience working within an enterprise IT infrastructure environment. Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Federation Services, Exchange and Microsoft Server technologies. Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and wider Microsoft Cloud services. Strong understanding of virtualisation technologies including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V. Experience managing network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls and TCP/IP. Experience with backup and replication technologies, ideally Veeam. Understanding of security technologies including MFA, antivirus, SIEM platforms and Network Access Control.

Business Analyst Essex (Hybrid working) 12 Month Fixed Term Contract £50,000 - £55,000 This is a Business Analyst role within a large public sector organisation supporting the delivery of two high-profile transformation programmes that will help shape the future direction of the organisation. Working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders and Project Managers, you'll play a key role in understanding business challenges, defining requirements and helping deliver meaningful organisational change. The primary focus of the role will be supporting a major operational training improvement programme, reviewing how training is delivered, identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping design more effective ways of working. Depending on your experience, you'll also have the opportunity to support a wider organisational design and transformation programme, contributing to business change, operating model improvements and organisational redesign. Service Desk Analyst Colchester - Hybrid, 3 days on site £30,000 - £35,000 This is a Service Desk Analyst role with an established business supporting users across multiple UK sites as part of a small, close-knit IT team. It's a hands-on role where you'll be the go to person for IT support across the business, not just logging tickets, but taking ownership of issues from start to finish and actually fixing things. You'll be supporting a range of users day to day, while also getting involved in wider improvements across systems, security and infrastructure. Alongside the day-to-day support, you'll have the chance to get involved in project work and things like system upgrades, device rollouts and improving how IT services are delivered across the business. You'll be working closely with the wider IT team, so there's good exposure beyond just support if you're looking to build on that. The environment is very Microsoft focused, so you'll be working across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory and Intune, supporting users with everything from access and email issues through to device setup and security.
