Your ability to develop and maintain working partnerships in a global organization, combined with your flexibility and responsiveness to short deadlines, will be critical to your success. You'll have a minimum of 4+ years of post-qualified experience in financial reporting or Audit, either within the accountancy profession or in industry. You'll have experience in producing consolidated financial statements under IFRS and exposure to the challenges of working in a global organization, and ideally, Oracle (or other consolidation software) experience. You'll ensure relevant Sarbanes-Oxley processes and controls are adhered to and establish good working relationships with external auditors to facilitate the smooth audit process.
