All responsibilities will be line with the CDM Regulations 2015 and are briefly summarised but not limited to the following tasks: Coordinate the construction phase of the project Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety of the site Liase with the client and principal designer Prepare the construction phase plan Organise contractors and coordination of works Arrange site inductions Prevent unauthorised access Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to Previous experience within a food environment is essential NEBOSH is essential. URGENT IMMEDIATE START We are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter with fabrication/welding experience to carry out maintenance and repairs on a busy quarry aggregate site. Basic knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics is preferred. Basic electric knowledge would be beneficial. Previous lorry or train technician experience would be considered. This will be a physically demanding job in a dusty/dirty environment. You must have a NVQ level 3 in welding /fabrication plus Loading Shovel and Machine Operator to NVQ level 2. Person Specification A highly motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm Ability to work as part of a 7 day a week operation as required. Experienced fitter who is also skilled in welding, cutting and fabricating techniques with tech qualification, NVQ3 or equivalent. Excellent communication and team working skills Ability to plan and implement maintenance schedules and good working knowledge of engineering drawings. Good understanding of health and safety including environmental Good organising skills IT literacy and ability to work to deadlines. Ability to work flexibly. Hours and Work Pattern 40 hrs per week @ £15.39/hr 6:30 am - 3pm subject to change OT available between 3pm - 5pm at x1.5 Permanent position will be offered to the right person.

My Client is a UK leading organisation specialising in process pipework projects. We are looking for Pipefitter Welders to work on site outside of Londond on long term projects with immediate starts. As a suitably qualified and experienced Pipefitter Welder you will be working on various food and beverage production. Required: Previous food production or FMCG project experience TIG welding stainless steel pipework experience Fabrication experience Current or expired codings would be beneficial but are not essential About You. Demonstrable experience of pipefitting and MIG/TIG welding within a food, drink or automotive environment. CSCS Card an advantage. IPAF card an advantage. Interested?
