Attributes, Skills, Experience and Qualifications We're looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys building relationships with people at every stage of their career. Ideally, you'll have: Due to the nature of this fixed-term opportunity, applicants should be able to commit to the role until the end of the contract period At least one years' recent experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally managing end-to-end recruitment processes Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and confidence learning new HR systems Previous experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous Experience of IRIS HR would be beneficial, although training will be provided Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail A proactive, positive, and approachable manner with the confidence to build relationships across the business Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to produce reports and presentations The ability to analyse information and present it clearly and professionally A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the flexibility to travel between our offices when required A recruitment qualification or CIPD qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
