They have built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality drylining, suspended ceilings, partitions, SFS, plastering and complete interior fit-out packages for Tier 1 main contractors across East Anglia, London and the South East. Working across Cat A, Cat A+ and Cat B fit-out projects, they deliver schemes within the commercial office, healthcare, education, leisure and other sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in commercial drylining to oversee multiple projects from pre-start through to completion. The Role Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for managing several commercial drylining and interior fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Managing multiple commercial drylining and interior fit-out projects. Planning programmes and coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors. Attending site progress meetings with clients and main contractors. Managing site teams, supervisors and subcontractors. Monitoring project costs and commercial performance. Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in line with current legislation. Maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Identifying and resolving site issues quickly and efficiently. Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Supporting successful project delivery from contract award through to final account. About You To be considered, you should have: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the commercial drylining sector. Strong knowledge of drylining systems, partitions, suspended ceilings and associated interior packages. Experience managing projects for Tier 1 main contractors. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (preferred). Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer Competitive salary with an excellent package.
