Role Overview - Residential Surveyor / Valuation Surveyor You will undertake: RICS Home Surveys Level 2 (HomeBuyer Reports) RICS Home Surveys Level 3 (Building Surveys) (training available) Residential Valuations (VRS compliant) Condition, defect, and construction assessments Autonomous, home-based working with full technical and admin support Surveyors benefit from a strong pipeline of in-house residential survey instructions, generated through an integrated property services platform covering surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removals, and online auctions.
