The Staffing Network require a experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our recently opened Wakefield Office. We are GLAA licenced and operate in the Driving, Industrial, field and food markets and have been trading since 2015. Due to growth we are looking for Recruitment Consultants with at least a minimum of 12 months experience in either the Driving or Industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and mindset: Be comfortable working in a sales environment; you will be the main point of contact between candidates and clients. You will need to screen, interview and independently select candidates within the driving and industrial market. Confident on the telephone to speak with both new and existing contacts. Responsible for sales, business development and customer service with a demonstrable results-driven mentality. Manage key accounts including rotational on-call requirement.
