Marketing Data Lead - Decision Intelligence Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of a large company within finance, for a Marketing Data Lead to build and embed a best-in-class, in-house marketing measurement framework. This is a high-impact role where you'll evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing spend, challenge existing channel strategies, and reshape investment decisions using advanced analytics and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM). This is a hybrid working role based in London. The Role Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive marketing measurement framework Deliver Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and advanced analytics to assess ROI, incrementality and channel effectiveness Provide strategic, data-driven counsel to senior Marketing and Commercial stakeholders Identify opportunities to rebalance and rescale media investment based on predictive modelling and performance insight Translate complex data into clear, commercially actionable recommendations Support the transition from external agency reliance to an in-house centre of excellence for marketing analytics Requirements: Proven experience in marketing analytics, marketing science or data science Hands-on MMM development and marketing effectiveness expertise Strong statistical modelling and advanced analytics capability Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge marketing spend and strategy Experience working in multi-channel, data-rich marketing environments Location: London (hybrid)
