Senior Business Intelligence Support Analyst Role We're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Support Analyst to help turn data into meaningful insights that drive better decision-making across the business. This is a hands-on, senior-level role where you'll act as a key link between business teams and technical developers. You'll support users with BI tools, help shape reporting solutions, and promote a self-service data culture so teams can confidently build and use their own dashboards. IT Trainer / Technology Adoption Specialist An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer to play a key role in driving technology adoption, digital transformation, and user engagement across a growing professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging technology training programmes through classroom, remote, and one-to-one sessions. Support users of varying technical abilities, adapting training styles to different learning needs. Create user guides, quick reference materials, videos, and other learning resources. Promote adoption of new technologies, digital initiatives, and AI-driven solutions. Deliver cybersecurity and phishing awareness training. Work closely with stakeholders to support technology rollouts and change management initiatives. Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering IT and software training. IT Trainer We're looking for a IT Trainer to deliver engaging training, support users through technology change, and drive adoption of business systems across the organisation. You'll work closely with employees at all levels, creating training materials, delivering workshops, and supporting the successful rollout of new systems and technologies. Key Responsibilities Deliver training on Microsoft 365 and business systems. Lead onboarding and induction training for new starters. Create user guides, videos, e-learning content, and quick-reference materials. Provide workshops, coaching sessions, and floor-walking support. Support system upgrades and technology change projects. Identify training needs and continuously improve learning programmes. Encourage best practice and user adoption of new technologies. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the finance function, provide commercial insight, and play a key part in shaping business strategy. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and performance analysis while helping to drive profitability and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Leading the day-to-day finance function. Producing monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts. Managing cash flow, financial reporting and KPI analysis. Supporting strategic decision-making through commercial finance and profitability analysis. Improving financial systems, controls and reporting processes.
