The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of appointments including: Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) Compulsory Liquidations Administrations Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) Solvent restructuring assignments Pre-pack administrations Complex investigations and asset realisations Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure. Prepare statutory reports and documentation in accordance with insolvency legislation. Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, accountants and other key stakeholders. Conduct investigations into the affairs of insolvent companies and directors where required. Realise company assets and oversee creditor distributions. Attend meetings with directors and professional advisers. Prepare estimated outcome statements and case progression reports. Ensure compliance with the Insolvency Act, Insolvency Rules and Statements of Insolvency Practice (SIPs). Review and delegate work to junior members of the team. Provide coaching and mentoring to Insolvency Administrators. Assist senior management with workflow planning and technical matters. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client service. Candidate Requirements A minimum of 4 years' experience within corporate insolvency. Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases independently. Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures. Experience across CVLs, MVLs, Administrations and Liquidations. CPI qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. JIEB studies or qualification would also be beneficial. Experience using IPS or other insolvency case management software. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
