Our client, a well established civil engineering contractors, is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our growing civil engineering team, delivering works on a sewage treatment site in Leicester. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will take full responsibility for managing civil engineering operations and ensuring successful project delivery. The Role As Site Agent, you will lead the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating labour, plant, and materials to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while driving quality and performance on site. Key Responsibilities Manage site operations across drainage and reinforced concrete (RC) works Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Monitor progress against programme and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment Liaise directly with the client, consultants, and internal stakeholders Oversee method statements, risk assessments, and technical compliance Work closely with commercial and planning teams to control costs and programme delivery Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining project momentum About You Proven experience within civil engineering projects Strong background in drainage and reinforced concrete structures Experience working on water or sewage treatment projects is highly desirable Excellent organisational and leadership skills Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience Able to thrive in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment What We Offer Opportunity to work on a key infrastructure project A dynamic and supportive team environment Competitive salary and benefits package About Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community. This is a varied opportunity offering hands-on experience across a broad range of personal injury and clinical negligence matters, with genuine scope for development.
