The Role This is a senior, high-impact role where your expertise shapes how insight informs business performance across the organisation. As Shopper Insights Business Partner, you will set the direction for shopper insight strategy, turning complex market and shopper data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform business choices at senior level. You'll work closely with global and regional stakeholders, applying best-practice research methodologies and industry knowledge to ensure insight sits at the centre of commercial and strategic priorities. You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation, helping to build a truly insight-led culture, while continuously evolving how insights are generated, communicated and applied. The Role The role of Executive Assistant to our Chief People, Culture and Transformation Officer requires a high degree of proactivity and discretion in a fast-paced transformation environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage tactfully and diplomatically. Extensive and proven deep expertise in managing complex calendars, meetings and events, skilfully 'juggling' multiple priorities, staying calm and organised throughout Deep expertise in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms.
