Copello Global are seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler on an initial 6-month contract to support programme delivery by developing, maintaining, and optimising project and programme schedules. The successful candidate will work closely with Programme Managers and wider delivery teams to ensure schedules are accurate, realistic, and aligned with key milestones, resource requirements, and critical paths. Key Responsibilities Work alongside Programme and Project Managers to understand programme objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables. Develop, maintain, and validate schedules that accurately reflect the sequence of activities, dependencies, resource allocations, durations, and critical paths. Produce and manage detailed programme and project plans, ensuring consistency with governance standards. Identify risks, slippage, and scheduling conflicts, and support the delivery teams with mitigation planning. Monitor progress against the plan and update schedules accordingly, maintaining full schedule integrity. Provide clear reporting, including schedule updates, critical path analysis, and key variances. Support resource planning to ensure suitable utilisation and alignment with programme timelines. Ensure all scheduling activities comply with organisational processes and support effective decision-making. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience working as a Planner, Scheduler, or Project Planning Specialist on complex programmes. Strong working knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent). Experience developing detailed project and programme schedules, including dependencies, resources, and critical path analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to support delivery. Experience of working within naval/marine or engineering environments Candidate will ideally hold active SC Clearance. This role is paying circa 48 per hour (outside IR35) and will require candidates to be work a hybrid pattern (3 days onsite).

Copello Global are seeking an experienced Test Manager on an initial 12 month basis to lead and oversee the full testing lifecycle across a complex software development environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering robust test strategies, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and embedding effective testing practices within development pipelines. Key Responsibilities Develop, own, and deliver the end-to-end Test Strategy for multiple software initiatives. Oversee and coordinate all phases of testing, including unit, integration, system, UAT, performance, and security testing. Manage day-to-day test activities, ensuring quality standards are met across all deliverables. Work closely with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery managers to ensure testing is effectively integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Ensure all test processes and outputs align with organisational goals, project requirements, and regulatory standards. Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to the wider testing team. Monitor defects, ensure effective triage, and drive timely resolution. Produce clear reporting on test progress, risks, and issues for senior stakeholders. Essential Skills & Experience Strong, demonstrable experience as a Test Manager within complex software development environments. Proven track record of defining and implementing test strategies and managing all testing phases. Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models. Understanding of API technologies, integration patterns, and associated testing approaches. Working knowledge of OWASP standards and secure testing practices. Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end test solutions across distributed software ecosystems. Experience embedding testing within modern CI/CD pipelines. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or similar). Exposure to automation tools and frameworks. ISTQB certification or equivalent. Role is offering hybrid working, 3 days onsite in Berkshire, 2 days remote. Role is paying 600 per day (inside IR35).

This role will play a key part in delivering compliant, value-for-money procurement solutions while supporting strategic commercial objectives. The successful candidate will bring strong public sector procurement expertise, ideally with MOD or wider public sector experience, and a proven track record of managing complex IT/IS categories from strategy through to contract delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end category management lifecycle for IT / IS, including market analysis, category strategy development, sourcing, evaluation, award, and contract mobilisation Deliver compliant public sector procurements in line with relevant regulations (e.g. PCR 2015, CCS frameworks, and upcoming Procurement Act requirements) Develop and implement category strategies aligned to organisational objectives and value-for-money principles Manage complex tender processes, including competitive procedures, framework call-offs, and direct awards where appropriate Provide strong commercial and contract management, including supplier performance management, risk management, and dispute resolution Lead negotiations on high-value and high-risk contracts, ensuring robust commercial outcomes Engage effectively with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, finance, and senior leadership, to shape requirements and deliver solutions Support continuous improvement of procurement processes, governance, and commercial capability Ensure robust documentation, audit trails, and governance in line with public sector standards Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Category Manager or equivalent within the public sector MOD experience or strong exposure to regulated public sector environments is highly desirable Demonstrable experience of end-to-end procurement of IT / IS categories (e.g. software, hardware, digital services, managed services) Strong working knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and framework Extensive commercial and contract management experience, including supplier performance and risk management Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working in fast-paced, high-governance environments Desirable Qualifications CIPS qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent Experience working with CCS or other government frameworks Understanding of security-cleared or sensitive environments (MOD or defence-related procurement) Role will require 3 days onsite per week in Berkshire This role is offering a flexible hourly rate based on experience.
