This role will suit someone with previous experience of people-management within multi-site or standalone operational venues. It's a 'hands on' role requiring a 'can do' attitude. Note that the North & Midlands event calendar operates 12 months of the year. You would be expected to work flexibly to including some weekends, evenings and night shifts as the business requires.
