The role: As a Lightning Protection Fitter with Omega Red Group, you will be responsible for travelling to customer sites to install lightning protection systems safely, efficiently, and to the highest of standards. You will ensure all installations meet client expectations and comply with current industry standards, including BS EN 62305 (Protection Against Lightning). The role also involves completing accurate documentation in line with company procedures and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge. This position requires flexibility, including regular travel and occasional stays away from home, and offers opportunities for training and development for the right candidate. Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator able to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
