Role Purpose The Office Administrator is responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A key part of this role involves processing customer orders accurately and promptly, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients. Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems. Support the production and warehouse teams with administrative tasks. Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence. Manage incoming/outgoing post and deliveries. Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. Receive, review, and accurately process customer orders via email, phone, or online systems. Skills & Experience Previous experience in office administration or customer support. Experience with order processing Problem-solver with a customer-focused approach. Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and time-management abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
