Our clients have a project coming up in Rye for 3 renovation properties. The PM will therefore be responsible for managing the projects and sites directly, and for sub-contracting the individual work packages. Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Handyman (with Basic Electrical Experience) Our clients are looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter with strong general handyman abilities and basic certified electrical experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be versatile, practical, and confident working across a range of property maintenance tasks, including light electrical work.
