The role focuses on leading the sales team, driving finance and insurance sales, and delivering excellent customer service. Working hours are Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota. OTE is £64,400 and a company car is included. You will coach the team, ensure FCA compliance, discuss financial requirements, and propose finance options with lenders to maximise gross profit.

Listers Group Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Site Coordinator for our busy Toyota Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. In this varied role you will often be a first point of contact for customers arriving at the dealership, ensuring available parking for ease of access and welcoming them on arrival. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The role: • Supporting our busy sales team. • Delivering vehicles to customer homes or our other dealerships. • Moving vehicles round the forecourt as necessary. • Using our in-house computer system to advertise current stock. • Maintaining showroom & car park standards. • Ad hoc site maintenance / up keep. Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the management team at our Toyota Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis. Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £68,000 . The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines. Role and Responsibilities You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations; In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading. You will also be accountable for handling customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively. To support the sales team in daily operations including but not limited to customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building and closing, professional vehicle preparation whilst ensuring that stock is kept to the company's agreed levels. By driving the sales process and supporting the sales team in achieving their monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products, to ensure budgetary sales / profit forecasts are achieved. Accurate completion of all paperwork and providing reports on all sales activities ensuring accurate sales forecasts. Making sure that the sales team accurately and vigorously collect all customer contact and vehicle data in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database (adhering to the Company's FCA obligations). Role and Responsibilities Our technicians are responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time. The main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing. Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems. You will have the ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment. You will have a full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business. You will be trained and able to operate additional systems, such as video reporting i.e CitNOW. You also will be able to complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards. Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge. About you We consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Auto Electrician, MOT Tester or Apprentice Vehicle Technician to join Listers. Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you. As a minimum you will hold or working towards completion of your NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. MOT License would also be beneficial but not essential. Full UK Driving licence.
