Senior Receptionist The Role: This will include producing rotas, prioritising workload, arranging absence cover, holding team meetings, regular liaison with the Facilities Manager, and taking a pro-active approach to working with other teams. You'll be focusing on individual and team development to achieve objectives and improve performance, as well as giving constructive feedback. The role will also require you to work alongside the Events Manager and wider Business Development and Marketing team, and be involved in pre-event planning and logistics, liaising with relevant contacts on site including maintenance, housekeeping, IT and in-house catering providers to ensure rooms and spaces are set up efficiently and correctly. Location: Manchester Salary: Competitive + Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm - Flexibility required - Hybrid working available Our thriving Manchester office is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. We need you to be an organised, professional individual who has a "can do" attitude and willing to go that extra mile to help colleagues at all times. Strong keyboard skills and previous secretarial experience in a busy corporate team are essential for this role. Our Team You will provide a full PA / secretarial service to the partners and fee-earners in a combined role supporting members of the Litigation, Corporate and Financial Services Practice Groups. You'll be reporting into the Manchester office Work Flow Manager and occasionally you may be expected to provide support to the wider office as and when required. Legal Secretary - The Role: In the role you will spend your time providing a PA, secretarial service to partners and fee-earners providing general administrative support to the team in a busy and deadline-driven environment. The role requires someone who is a self-starter and therefore, you must be able to manage your workload effectively and for the people they support. The role has a mixture of PA, secretarial and administration content and many tasks will be presented via our digital dictation system as well as directly face-to-face. You must be able to produce work, correspondence and documentation to a high level and be competent across a range of MS Office systems. The role will also require you to support other secretaries in other Practice Groups, including holiday cover and when capacity allows you will assist with workloads from our other Manchester office teams.
